Posted a room but would rather find a flatmate, or the other way round? No need to delete and start again: switch the type when you edit the listing.

Video walkthroughs on listings
Add a YouTube or Vimeo link to a tour of the flat and the listing shows a “Video” chip. Photos and the video now come first on the form, because they are what people decide on.
Tabs in the header: Housing, Guide, and what’s next
The parts of the site sit side by side as tabs. The Marketplace (students selling to each other) and Parcels (a box from home to the dorm) are still ideas: if you’d use one, press “I’m interested”, and if enough of you do, we’ll build it.
A new front page, in rows like Airbnb’s
Rooms to let, people looking and what was just taken, in rows that scroll sideways. With an open search of your own, a “Fits your search” row on top shows the rooms that fit it. Every card shows the essentials the same way: room type, district, distance to university, move-in date and price.
The student guide covers Szeged, Debrecen and Pécs
The guide is no longer only about Budapest: the chapters on address registration, residence permits and transport cover the three big university towns outside the capital too.
A student guide for international students
Seven chapters in English and Hungarian: renting and scams, address registration, the residence permit, arriving (SIM, bank), getting around and learning Hungarian. Each chapter shows when its facts were last checked.
Photos: up to 20, with rotate and a cover of your choice
Up to 20 pictures per listing. Photos taken sideways on a phone show the right way up, any of them can be turned with one button, and you choose which one is the cover.
“Taken”: a listing closes instead of vanishing
A room that has been let stays on the board for a week marked “Taken”, then lives on in your account. When it is free again, “Relist” puts it back as a fresh listing.
A reorganised filter panel
Filters grouped the way a property portal does it: location, price, room, move-in, amenities. A sheet that slides up on a phone and a dialog in the middle on a desktop.

Filter by metro, stop and university
Search by minutes on foot to the metro or the nearest useful stop and minutes to your university. Pick several districts at once, and see the area on a small map on each listing.
An e-mail as soon as a fitting listing appears
Post what you are looking for and you get an e-mail the moment a matching room turns up. Landlords hear about the searchers who fit their room. Switch it off in your profile at any time.
Discover: swipe right on what you like
Flick through listings one card at a time. Swipe right on a room, and if the lister likes you back, it’s a match and you both get an e-mail.
See who already lives there
Listings show, with small figures, how many people live in the flat and who they are hoping for in the free spots, so the card alone tells you whether you would fit in.
Photos on the cards
Board cards carry pictures you can swipe through, and a listing opens them full screen. Like single photos, and save a listing for later with the heart.
In English
The whole site is available in English under /en, and e-mails arrive in the language you chose. Listing text stays in the language its author wrote it in.
Apply, share, save
Apply to a listing in one click with your profile, and flatmates can vote on the applicants together. Share listings on Facebook, WhatsApp and Viber, or save them for later.
