1. The service

AddBérbe.hu is a listings site for rooms, flats and flatmates. The Operator (Pető Levente, a private individual) provides a surface for publishing listings; the user who posts a listing is responsible for the property, for the accuracy of what the listing says, and for any agreement reached between users. The Operator is not a party to any tenancy.

2. Registration

Posting a listing, sending a message and applying all require an account. Accounts are personal, and the user is responsible for the accuracy of the details they provide.

3. User obligations

• Post only genuine property you are entitled to advertise, or a genuine search.
• Misleading, unlawful, discriminatory or abusive content is prohibited.
• Flooding the site with bulk commercial listings is prohibited.

4. Moderation

The Operator may remove listings and accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.

5. Liability

The service is free and provided “as is”. The Operator accepts no liability for the content of listings, for disputes between users, or for damage arising from any outage of the site.
