1. The service

AddBérbe.hu is a listings site for rooms, flats and flatmates. The Operator (Pető Levente, a private individual) provides a surface for publishing listings; the user who posts a listing is responsible for the property, for the accuracy of what the listing says, and for any agreement reached between users. The Operator is not a party to any tenancy.

2. Registration

Posting a listing, sending a message and applying all require an account. Accounts are personal, and the user is responsible for the accuracy of the details they provide. On registration everyone declares whether they are a private person or an estate agent (an agency, an agent, or anyone acting as an intermediary). An agent posing as a private person has their account blocked by the Operator without prior notice.

3. User obligations

  • Post only genuine property you are entitled to advertise, or a genuine search.
  • Misleading, unlawful, discriminatory or abusive content is prohibited.
  • Flooding the site with bulk commercial listings is prohibited.
  • The site is solely for finding housing and flatmates. Using it to seek dates, sex or any other contact unrelated to housing, posting listings or messages to that end, and harassing anyone are prohibited.
  • Only private persons may post listings. An estate agent account may not post, and may contact by message or application only those users who allowed agents to contact them in their profile; that permission is off by default and can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Moderation

The Operator takes down listings that breach these terms without prior notice, and blocks without prior notice any account that breaches section 3 – in particular by using the site for dating or harassment: a blocked account cannot sign in, its listings are taken down, and the same person may not register a new account. Every listing and profile carries a “Report” link; the Operator looks into every report.

5. Liability

The service is free and provided “as is”. The Operator accepts no liability for the content of listings, for disputes between users, or for damage arising from any outage of the site.
