I have a room or flat to let
- Post your listing with photos, price and all the details – free, two minutes. The moment you post, we automatically email the seekers your room fits.
- Applicants arrive with an introduction – not 40 tangled private messages, but a clear list: who they are, what they study, when they would move in.
- Compare them and pick the best one. Everyone else automatically gets a polite email, and the listing closes.
Messaging is there for questions – applying is for people who mean it. And whoever liked your listing in Discover is waiting on the Applicants page: one ♥ and it is a match. And the ♥ counts on your photos show you which picture is doing the work.
We share a flat and need another flatmate
- One of you posts the listing and adds the others’ email addresses – they join with a single click.
- Everyone sees the applicants and votes 👍/👎, with notes only the group can read.
- You choose together. Nobody has to do the admin alone, and nobody is left out of the decision.
Applicants never see the votes – the decision is yours. And when one of you gives a liker a ♥, the flat swiped right: a match.
I am looking for a room or a flatmate
- Tell us what you are looking for – district, price, university, two minutes (we offer it right after you sign up). The moment a room that fits appears we email you automatically, and landlords see that you are looking – not only you them. Meanwhile filter by university, price and move-in date, or open 🔥 Discover and swipe: right ♥ if you like it.
- Fill in your profile once (My account → Profile) – after that every application is two clicks, because we pre-fill it.
- Apply to the places you like and save your favourites – a ♥ on a photo saves the listing too. Questions go by direct message to the advertiser; we will email you the decision.
If the advertisers like you back, it is a match – we email you. With a Google account, signing up is a single click.
⚠️ One rule that protects everyone
Never transfer a holding fee, deposit or “advance” before viewing the place – and never ask for one. This is the most common rental scam. If you run into it here, tell us.
